Hill, a yoga wellness mentor with over 15 years of dedicated practice, and I’m honored to support you on your journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through self-care practices that truly work—practices that support the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit. My approach weaves together yoga-based movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to support lasting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless clients toward their wellness goals through personalized support, customized yoga programs, and holistic coaching. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to deepen an existing practice, I meet you exactly where you are—with compassion and intention.
I know firsthand how overwhelming the online yoga world can feel. That’s why I created Super Simple Yoga: to offer a clear, realistic roadmap with a thoughtfully curated weekly schedule that helps you build a consistent, sustainable practice—without the confusion or pressure.
My online classes are 30 minutes or less, so you can easily fit mindful movement into your day. With a simple, approachable framework, you’ll feel supported and confident as you grow your practice at your own pace.
