Super Simple Yoga is led by Keisha C. Hill, an
experienced yoga wellness mentor with more than
fifteen (15) years of extensive experience in the field.
My passion lies in guiding and supporting individuals
in discovering healthy and sustainable self-care
practices that promote overall well-being through
mindfulness techniques, yoga-based movement,
breathwork, and meditation. Integrating these
practices into one's daily routine can significantly
improve physical, mental, and emotional health,
leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life. I have
helped many individuals achieve their health goals
throughout my career by providing personalized
attention, customized yoga programs, and holistic
wellness coaching.
